The Danger's Dozen - the most pivotal group created from the most pivotal crisis of the last century. Soldiers who stepped forward to save the world and thereafter made responsible for it. Individuals brought to light by their supernal acts during the conflicts of WWII. Announcing to the world the existence of heroic beings.
Yet in the wake of the terrible events of the Second World War, there comes an even greater crisis, one which threatens everyone equally and takes no sides; one which will end humanity itself if but a dozen good souls cannot hold the line.
First among them is Boss Aman; proven champion of the RAF, master of flight and fire, a hero tortured by his own power. At Aman's side is the mysterious far-seeing Blazing Eye, which provides him the portent of impending doom that leads Aman to seek the help of other champions to combat this cosmic horror.
